This Refund and Delivery Policy is jointly issued by JIDATAI LIMITED (a company registered in Singapore) and HONGKONG LANYANG INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (a company registered in Hong Kong) (collectively referred to as "we", "us", "our").

  • JIDATAI LIMITED (Singapore): Service operator - responsible for overall game operations and customer support.
  • HONGKONG LANYANG INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (Hong Kong): The entity company for payment transactions made through our website. Actual payment processing is handled by third-party payment service providers.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for in-app purchases and explains how virtual items are delivered to your account.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Generally, all sales of virtual currency, virtual items, and subscriptions within the game are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the platform's specific policies.

5. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

You are entitled to a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The purchased item was not delivered to your account within 24 hours due to a technical error (you are entitled to redelivery or full refund).
